DECISION ARCHITECTURE

Decisions.
Open to
examination.

Understand the consequences of a decision — before you commit, and after you act.

ONE DECISION.
SYSTEMIC CONSEQUENCES.

ONE METHOD. EVERY SCALE.

From the planet’s resources
to your next decision.

The scale changes. The principle stays:
understand resources, connections and consequences.

A QUESTION TO EXPLORE

Resources → Connections → Alternatives → Decision → ReviewExplore a decision ↗

THREE DECISION MAKERS. ONE DISCIPLINE.

When the decision
deserves a closer look.

Begin with one question. Build a process that preserves its evidence, assumptions and consequences.

01 / GOVERNMENT

Government

Programmes, institutions and public resources. Understand who benefits, who bears the costs and what remains uncertain.

  • Programme evaluation
  • Alternative policies and constraints
  • Accountability and outcome review
Explore the example ↗

02 / BUSINESS

Business

From opening a barbershop to allocating capital. Explore demand, competitors, costs and the limits of your evidence.

  • Decision diagnosis
  • Scenario and sensitivity analysis
  • A focused software pilot
Explore the example ↗

03 / INDIVIDUAL

Individual

A new profession, a personal project or a significant change. Make time, money and your priorities visible.

  • A map of your decision
  • Alternatives and personal constraints
  • A reversible next step

THE PRINCIPLE

The system models.
People decide.

INUM connects evidence, choice and responsibility. People define the goals and acceptable trade-offs.

01

Evidence has a source

Record provenance, recency and quality limitations for every material claim.

02

A choice has alternatives

Compare realistic options, including the consequences of keeping the current course.

03

Priorities are explicit

Keep observed facts, model estimates and value judgements distinguishable.

04

Experience stays available

Preserve the original forecast. Use observed differences to revise the next decision.

Based on Ivan Grigorev’s Integrated National Management Model.
Business and personal decisions extend its principles.

FROM METHOD TO PLATFORM

One decision cycle.
Four connected layers.

A reproducible calculation, an accountable choice and an outcome you can examine.

01

Data and context

Authorised sources, data quality, versions and access boundaries.

02

Scenarios and models

Explicit assumptions, model versions and sensitivity analysis.

03

Decisions and responsibility

Decision records, review, approval and an audit trail.

04

Outcomes and memory

Actual observations, deviations and the history of revisions.

THE DECISION LAB

Start with a question.
Reach the reasons behind a choice.

Worked example → clarifications → evidence → comparison.
Choose a country, explore an example, then frame your own task.

The public demo uses synthetic examples and your own assumptions. Live external search is not connected. For a tailored AI analysis, open your question in the local Elixir workspace; INUM and Ollama must be running on your computer.

INTELLIGENCE WITH BOUNDARIES

Protect what matters.

Data and AI are useful when sources have provenance, operations have a purpose and access has limits.

Access-policy demo · Russian ↗
01 / DATA

Scale with context

The target architecture keeps data with its owners and connects permitted queries, versioned inputs and bounded processing.

02 / ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Assistance you can question

Review assumptions, explain scenarios and identify contradictions in authorised materials. People review and approve the decision.

03 / SECURITY

Sensitivity governs access

Tenant isolation, roles, clearance and processing environment govern analysis and export. Production assurance remains a separate acceptance gate.

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Different contexts.
Purposeful priorities.

Research where institutional problems need examination. Pilot where digital institutions can support rigorous implementation.

RU

RESEARCH

Russia

A research focus on complex institutional decisions, resource visibility and independent verification.

AI SUBSCRIPTIONS / PROPOSED LAUNCH PLANS

A recurring practice.
A visible resource budget.

Weekly token allowances, transparent usage and an optional extra balance. Commercial activation is pending.

Local AI · no token fees. Run Qwen3 on your own computer, without a weekly allowance. Hardware, electricity and maintenance still have a cost. Plans below are proposed managed services.

01 / INDIVIDUAL

Individual

1,900 ₽ / month

For personal research and individual decisions.

  • 2 million INUM tokens each week
  • A separate optional top-up balance
  • Your decision records and assumptions
Prepare a brief ↗

02 / TEAM

Team

19,900 ₽ / month

For teams that need to examine and share decisions.

  • 20 million INUM tokens each week
  • Five seats in the proposed plan
  • Shared context, roles and review
Prepare a brief ↗

03 / INSTITUTION

Institution

By agreement

For an agreed data boundary and operating model.

  • A contracted weekly allowance
  • Dedicated or on-premises deployment
  • Integration, identity and audit requirements
Prepare a brief ↗

Allowances renew every seven days. INUM tokens are weighted billing units, not a promise of the same number of provider tokens. Paid data is separate. Initial prices are in RUB; local pricing and payment availability require country launch review.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Questions
that matter.

Is INUM a service or a platform?

It combines a method, analytical services and a software platform under development. A focused pilot establishes whether the approach is useful for a specific decision.

What can I use today?

The country planner provides worked examples, clarifications, evidence notes and scenario comparisons. You can export your research draft. It does not automatically gather competitors. Your own question can be sent to a local Qwen3 model in your protected workspace, including when optional fields are empty.

Has the whole approach been proven?

The full architecture remains a conceptual synthesis. Its effectiveness requires evidence from pilots with predefined outcomes, review points and stopping conditions.

Which languages are available?

English is the primary public language. The main site and country planner also offer Russian. The books and detailed technical documents remain in their original Russian editions and are labelled accordingly.

a closer look?
